Welcome to my website! I am a senior agricultural economist and quantitative researcher with 9 years of experience in designing and analyzing studies on poverty, food security, and rural development across Africa and Asia. I am skilled in statistical analysis, impact evaluation, and survey-based research using Stata and R. Currently developing Python skills to broaden analytical capabilities and transition toward data-driven roles at the intersection of development research and applied data science. In teaching and advising master’s and doctoral students at the University of Hohenheim, I have consistently contributed to their academic development while maintaining a strong commitment to agricultural and rural development-related socio-economic research.
My primary interests revolve around agricultural and development economics, with a particular focus on food security, sustainable development, and gender. I am especially intrigued by rural development related policy and program evaluations, seeking to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By examining these crucial aspects, I aim to drive positive change in the realms of agricultural and rural development.
